Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery
   The machine will be delivered within 10–15 working days from the date of order confirmation and receipt of the applicable advance payment.
2. Payment Terms (Bank Finance)
   100% advance payment is required for orders placed through bank financing.
3. Payment Terms (Self Finance)
   A minimum 10% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining 90% balance must be paid before dispatch or delivery of the machine.
4. Packing & Forwarding
   Packing, forwarding, transportation, loading, unloading, and insurance charges (if applicable) shall be extra and charged at actual cost unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Special Packing
   If special or customized packing is requested by the customer, additional charges shall apply depending on the machine size and packing requirements.
6. Installation & Demonstration
   Machine installation guidance and operational demonstration shall be provided only through video call. On-site installation is not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
7. Customer’s Responsibility
   The customer shall arrange all necessary infrastructure before installation, including but not limited to electrical wiring, power supply, earthing, raw materials, manpower, and other site preparations.
8. Machine Operation
   After billing and delivery, if the customer is unable to operate the machine despite receiving proper guidance and following all instructions provided by the company’s authorized technician, the company shall not be responsible for any legal claim, financial loss, or operational issues arising from such inability.
9. Professional Conduct
   Any abusive, threatening, defamatory, or inappropriate behavior towards the company’s staff, technicians, management, or representatives may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of all complimentary services and technical support.
10. Order Cancellation
    Once the order has been confirmed, cancellation by the customer shall result in forfeiture of the entire advance payment.
11. Advance Payment Adjustment
    If an order is cancelled due to reasons solely attributable to the company, the advance payment shall be adjusted against a future purchase. If cancellation occurs due to the customer’s decision, delay, or default, the advance payment shall be non-refundable and non-adjustable.
12. Advance Validity
    The booking advance shall remain valid for 30 days from the date of payment. After this period, the company reserves the right to revise product pricing, specifications, or cancel the booking.
13. No Return or Refund
    Once the machine has been delivered, accepted, installed, or used, it shall not be eligible for return, replacement, exchange, or refund under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
14. Warranty
    Warranty shall be applicable only as per the warranty terms specified for the purchased machine. Warranty does not cover consumable parts, misuse, accidental damage, electrical fluctuations, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
15. Force Majeure
    The company shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
16. Limitation of Liability
    The company’s liability shall be limited solely to the value of the purchased machine. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, business interruption, or loss of profit arising from the use or inability to use the machine.
17. Jurisdiction
    Any dispute arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
18. Acceptance of Terms
    Placing an order, making an advance payment, or accepting delivery of the machine shall be deemed as the customer’s acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
