Refund & Returns Policy
Effective Date: 15-02-2026 Last Updated: 15-02-2026 Vivan Global Impex (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) manufactures and supplies oil extraction machines and related equipment. Due to the industrial nature of our products, our refund and return terms are outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to processing charges.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of confirmation: Full refund (excluding transaction fees, if applicable).
- Cancellation after 24 hours but before dispatch: Refund after deducting processing charges.
- Once the machine is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
2. Return Policy
Due to the customized and heavy industrial nature of oil extraction machines, returns are generally not accepted once delivered and installed. Returns may be considered only if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- A manufacturing defect is identified within 7 days of delivery.
- The wrong product was shipped.
All return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos and videos of the product
- Copy of invoice
- Description of the issue

3. Damaged or Defective Products
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Do not install or operate the machine.
- Provide clear photographic and video evidence.
After verification, we may repair, replace, or provide spare parts depending on the situation. Replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Vivan Global Impex.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Approved order cancellation before dispatch
- Non-availability of product
- Verified transit damage where replacement is not possible
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Improper installation by customer
- Damage due to misuse or negligence
- Electrical damage due to voltage fluctuation
- Normal wear and tear
- Change of mind after dispatch
- Custom-built or modified machines
6. Warranty Claims
Machine warranty (if applicable) is separate from this Refund & Returns Policy. Warranty may cover:
- Manufacturing defects
- Mechanical or electrical failures under normal usage
Warranty does not cover:
- Consumable parts
- Improper maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications

7. Shipping Responsibility
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.
- Risk transfers to the buyer upon dispatch unless insured shipping is selected.
- Transit damage must be reported immediately to both the transporter and our team.
8. International Orders
- International refunds and returns are subject to export shipping policies.
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer unless a manufacturing defect is verified.
